Stock Datsun 1200 front seat headrests were standard except in Japan where the passenger side was optional.

Brown - PB110 GX

Front Head Rest, Truck

Starting April 1978, Sunny Truck was fitted with high-back bucket seats with no headrest.

Until March, 1978, Sunny Truck came with thin headrests.
