OER Corporation of Osaka was established 1966 as 'SK Engineering Ltd.' and renamed 'OER Corporation' in 1991.

SK Turbo kit was developed and marketed 1979.

SK carburetor was developed by OER for racing purpose 1983-1986 and the first SK Carburetor Kits launched 1987. Fits the standard Weber DCOE carburetor manifolds. Looks like a Mikuni, but uses Weber DCOE tuning parts. Has two advantages: externally adjustable float level and externally adjustable accelerator pump stroke. Only available in racing sizes starting at 44mm (too big for most A-series except racing engines).
