Diff Baffles

The rear axle housing may be fitted with axle baffles. They are designed to contain the differential oil in the center section.

These baffles can be installed in any Datsun equipped with an H145 rear axle assy.

RS240 Setup

At the rear there are two plugs fitted. The top plug is for checking oil level and the second for fitting an oil pickup for the diff oil cooler pump. The return from the cooler sprays directly onto the pinion gera to cool it.
