White Datsun 1200 Coupe KB110
CA18DET (to be fitted), stanza struts, sumitomo Z brakes, H165 diff, 13 x 7s, full welded in cage, racing seat w/harness, relocated battery.
My Story
I started getting into 1200s in 2002 when looking for a costs effective and fun circuit car to build up. I fell on a 1200 GX South African import by chance (without engine) and started learning about these cars from there. Before too long I had a further 3 1200 Coupes and a B310 Wagon (as a donor A15).
Sadly some vandals destroyed all of my 1200s a year later…except for one. The blue one survived the storm. It took me a while to get back into it, and build up my tools again as they were all stolen and not covered by insurance…..anyway to cut a long story short.
I built up an A14 1200 Coupe, and now am working on another 1200 Coupe which will receive a CA18DET.
