| 1200 halogen headlamp conversion kit

This kit was under $80 AU and is a great improvement over the original bulbs in the 1200's. You should use a relay unit as well(or two) so u dont blow a fuse. Very simple installation, they fit straight in. This one shown is from a Narva brand halogen headlamp conversion kit and was purchased from mike @ Repco.
Massive increase in visibility while driving at night. Even has fittings for park lamp globes, but the globes weren't supplied in the kit.
7" (178mm) Kit - H4 High/Low beam Flat Glass. (compared to the rounded factory 1200 ones) The kit uses inserts. So instead of having to replace the entire bulb and surrounding unit u just get a new bulb. Halogen bulbs can be purchased cheaply and if you really want u can buy white/blue lights like you see on some of the more annoying new cars.. |
