head finally back on, i was scaratching my own head as to why the timing chain seemed too short and the cam sprocket wouldnt fit back on. Eventually i removed the timing cover again and found the chain tensioner had fallen out, i have no idea how i managed that as i had the wedge tightly in there, must have let the chain slack of a bit trying to fit the cam sprocket, problem fixed now!
