Re: Car Show in ZA These VW engines aren't nearly as heavy as the CA18DET or SR20DET's, I'd say more in the region of the 4AGE, maybe even slightly lighter than that even.

Even weirder is that they didn't go for the 8V x-flow engine, or the more popular choice of 16V, both would have made the plumbing much easier and less crowded on the one side of the bay like what it is now.
