 Re: Grille
This is an older Ute, it uses the Sedan Grille mounting points.

We can see where the stainless headlight surrounds would go. The mounts on the guard are still there. It is a matter of this fella finding some. He also needs to find new eyebrow moulds from around the front edge of the guard.

He also needs to bend up the base of the grill, as it has obviously been bent from an accident sometime in it's past. The gap between the bottom of the grill and the lower stainless strip should be even.

But it sure is a nice colour, and with a few tweaks it will be looking pretty good indeed!

Chris

The headlight surrounds and the eyebrow moulds are now in place, that was a progress piccy. But the front doesn't look like this any more, I'll post a new piccy today sometime.

yeah, nice grill.

TO post bigger pics... You need to use some compr3ession on them.
A pic taken witha 6 megapixel camera will be huge even if it is 4cm...

 Re: Grille
I am driving this car around at the moment,
Still needs interior work done but my budget has been blown by a woman with no insurance hitting the motorbike I borrowed while the ute was off the road.
So poor datto has to wait for funds and the motorbike has to be returned. (in one piece)

 Re: Grille
Hmmm, yes a metal grill so i can ditch the plastic one. Have you got any plans to put some chromed surround around the headlights (like what would have been with the grill on the sedan or whatever the grill came from) or is it out of the question to do this?
