Re: TRANS, Parant If memory serves, this style of wheel was first used on the XW &/or the XY Falcon performance models [GT?] in the late 60's
This style was so popular that they were replicated with different stud combinations &, I suspect, different rim diameters as well as rim widths for the accessory trade.
The original Ford Falcon wheels used the Mopar wheel stud pattern of five studs, on a 4-1/2" pcd, so unless this car has a five stud pattern, the chances are that they are not actually Ford wheels, but the lookalike accessory ones. Even the original Ford hubcap was copied for the replica wheels.
They are a good looking & very popular wheel, which is why they are still available new, some 35 years after they were used as OEM wheels on new Fords.
