 Re: bonnet vents
I've just done exactly the same thing due to the silly amount of underbonnet heat my car creates. I paid about $140 for the pair.

B210 Sleeper - that is actually the right spot for them. Once the air has travelled over the bonnet there is a low pressure zone which allows the hot air to escape and then there is a high pressure zone just before the windscreen. Intake vents should be mounted further back so they can take advantage of the high pressure zone. I have a Mercedes wind tunnel diagram somewhere which illustrates it really well. If anyone wants it just send me an email.

yea for some funny reason alot of people mount them the wrong way round with them on this way they creat a venturi effect and one is near my air cleaner and he other is near my bov so you should also get a bit of induction noise

Looks good and it's even better to finally see someone using them the right way round.

I am a tight arse and currently my wags is going for the " Get the #### out daam hot air " approach.

Such a thing is a goood idea too. These help to evacuate hot air from the engine bay. this also helps to depressurise the engine bay, and allow less restricted flow throught the radiator. As I have a scoop, I too may need to look into doing something like this.
