This emblem was used on the JDM facelift model from about mid 1972. These used a completely different grille to the ones we saw in export markets.
The grille was used in GL & GX Sedan models, but I do not know about Standard & DeLuxe models.

If you have the facelift grille, then this is the one you need.

Many thanks to Ddgonzal for the picture.

Note that this is the facelift bonnet for both GL & GX models. Pre facelift GX & GL models used the 'standard' bonnet.

yeah i have that grill with the gx emblem but no centre one, if anyone has one they want to part with let me know.

Apparently one of our members bought this little collection, but I believe that they have not yet arrived. With any luck he may read this thread & keep you in mind when they do show up as I don't believe he has a use for the one you're after.
