My new toy,
'74 1200 ute, rooted a12, rooted 4-speed, rooted diff. Got new a12, new diff, still looking for g'box.
Has usual rust, probably some unusual stuff too, but I havnt found that yet.
Good bits include: Stanza struts, weber 32/36, 4into1 extractors into 2" exhaust, new door trims/seats, coupe dash, electric fuel pump, huge fuel lines, battery in tray (maybe not a good thing) 3 new quarters, new tailgate and new front tray.
Lots of dodgy stuff* for me to fix up, should be fun!

*Includes front springs cut off with angle grinder, one has 7 coils, the other has 8, but the one with 7 is higher...

This is the ute that was for sale in Country NSW/ACT from memory. [was it Hay, Wagga or canberra]. I inquired to the original owner about the white face gauges a while ago. Did the original owner let on how they did it?

Ute was bought in canberra. Had a close look at the gauges (anyone ever pulled apart the actual workings of the speedo... pain in the ass to put back together) They were printed out and glued on. (not very well)
