The dipping in the middle has a lot to do with the way it is made, the fiberglass must dry and harden at a set rate, is it is to fast it can cup on you. Also the sub-structure must be strong enough as well bond correctly to the resin. It takes a lot of experiance to get it right. If you need a new lid let me know.

$1000 for a blank $1500 for complete with locks, hinges, hinge support section, and gas struts. They are un-painted.

hey mate, ive got a ute lid pretty much the same, i bought it off this bloke that made it, its fiberglass, i was just wondering how u got the lid so it dosent dip in the middle? im doin my ute up and the lid is pretty well much the last thing on the list atm, but i jst thought id ask the question
