It has those baffles, but i've found that the drainage under the fenders is where the problem is. there is a bit of a lip just before the holes, which allows buildup. As well as that it is right on a seam which isn't sealed all that well from factory. I know my ute leaks there, as it stinks every time it sits out in the rain for a while.

Besides that its something different, and i kind of like the look.
