I see what you are talking about with the accelerator!
And I never thought about actually welding in a bit of pipe for the fuel line!
( Smart thinking!)

But how the F@#k did you do up the four ten mill nuts for the carbie?
( Their bad enough even without a box especially if you don't have short spanners on you at the time!)

Its not as bad as it looks to get to the 10 mm bolts at the base of the carby there is only one that is a bit hard to get to.
I bent a 10mm spanner up just for the job

ok this is probly a dumb question but ya should be used to em cummin from me ok so how is it sealed where the throtle cums throu the box

Bob it's not a dumb question as I asked Go the Datto the same one and he explained that he has a nut welded to the out side of the box! through this a bolt runs to the carbies throtle and is joined some how!
( not sure how he said)
On the out side he has the part that the cable runs off connected to this bolt!
so it is actuated from out side the box!

If you want to check how Go the Datto described it he did back in one of the forums!
( I will go and check which one and PM it to you!)

inside the box the thread joins to the throttle shafts via a basic uni sort of arangment.
Like the 200B mechanical throttle linkage
