I have a Datsun 1200 ute,i have a sr20det engine to put in,but I don't have a rear end,any suggestions.

A stock 1200 ute rear is fine unless you will be drag-racing it.

I can see where it gets filled but cant recognise the radiatior???

Looks like the radiator's remotely mounted. I've seen this before with another SR20 (DE) ute... it was in the bed.

that is an intercooler , radiator is in the back of the ute, if u look carfully there are 2 pipes that feed around the engine to the back ,
