I think chroming places acid dip everything to prep them before they get chromed, althogh I'm not sure if they all get this done to them.

Ok, It is probably pretty obvious but I can't for the life of me think what they are...
Those three things in the midle. Rod like. Above the pulley and the alternator bracket...

So's how much did this all cost you?
Is it proper chrome? I believed that this was really expensive...

yes they are the things on the back of the window. as for preparing them i did nothing they acid dip it from wat i know. n cost well nothin its all who u know not wat u know, and there r still bout 10 things to be done yet n yes its real crome

This may be an old photo but, this is a good chance to mention that chrome rocker covers are bastards to retain heat and make valve guide seals go hard and stop sealing.

Just some food for thought in case this pic gave anyone a rush of blood to the head.

How does having a chrome rocker do that to the valve guide seals? i cant see how it would. but more to the Topic that chrome is pimpalicious lol

im sure you could HPC (Heat Proof Coating) under the chrome, to help with the Overheating problems that the chrome creates, if you really loved the chrome look.

im putting chrome rocker cover on my a15... ive been warned about chrome rocker covers, but i talked to my engine builder and he reckons if u put one of them filter breather things on the top then u shouldnt have any problems....
