It still could be a late model if it's had a hit and the panels where replaced with early stuff.What do the tail lights look like,any signs of it having 3 on the tree,steering wheel design etc.When all else fails check the factory compliance plate,drivers side inner guard between the fuse box and fire wall,the chassis number is also stamped into this area and should correspond with the plate.But at the end of the day who cares as these beasts are getting as rare as rocking horse manure in any sort of half decent condition

If you want to, then post up the Chassis No, or send it to me as a PM, & I will let you know what it really is, but the grille & left front guard are 1967 model. [first released in September 1966]

make it look stock and put a turbo a12 or turbo a15 or "warmed" l16 hehe the word sleeper comes to mind maybe you should do 1000 version of the old 1200 sedan of yours.

You could always read the date off the plate on the drivers inner guard
