I got the datto back from the pannel shop so I can fit the motor and prep the engine bay and then it goes back to get blocked down, preped and painted. It looks a bit rough now but the guy assures me it will be mint once its been blocked down. I bloody hope so as the pannel work will owe me $3500 buy the time its done

its 2pac. and will have 2pac paint as well, to slow and expencive for single pac aparently, 2-pac they can roll in paint and roll out reall quick. Im pretty sure its going to be a dark gun-mettal grey with black bumpers and black minilights with pollished lips.

Can't wait to see a pic of the paint, that's a rare color for a 1200, but sounds great ...

thats why im doing it, it will look nice and be different, Ive never seen a grey 1200 in the flesh and only seen one in SA on the net and the one in my pics. My grey will be darker than the grey 2 door in my pics, if you know the new golf gti, it hhas the grey I want. Its in the painters now and will be back in 2 weeks so you'll see pics then!!
