titanium is very strong in tension, and reasonably similar to stainless steel in shear (tin snips).

I reckon they have a good template and a strong press and "die" to do that, then it is machine welded up the side..

It certainly wouldn't be 'spun' like normal aluminium bellmouths. Nor would it be pressed from a tube.

Very Cool...Very Expensive...Worth more than the carburetor it feeds. For no real benefit.

It's a bit like nitrogen filled tyres. Give you something else to talk about at Maccas carpark on Friday night.

EDIT: On closer inspection, it may well just be a section of 3 inch titanium exhaust pipe that has been heated until soft and pressed into shape.
