Any A-series datsun is a good project and no i got the doorskins from Scotts old auto rubber but you can get them from a mob spectrum.

I knew that Spectrum & Scotts had 1200 stuff, but didn't know about the 1000 parts.
Scotts is the Victorian distributor for Spectrum I believe.

Did you just add your location details? I knew of a Ute in the Mudgee area of NSW that got a new door skin & thought it might have been you.

Sorry i took so long but to answer no im from Melbourne S.E suburbs and it was painted orange for the 12 months i had it on the road.
