Now this I LIKE. It's a BIG job on a shape like this, but it's a great style & I have always said that the only way to improve the style of our Datsuns is with a lower roofline.
It's the ratio of glass height to body side profile that makes all the difference. I would have suggested a little less than a 2" cut, but hey, it looks absolutely GREAT.

extend the sills a bit and drop it on its guts and it will be perfect

Yeh the ole gasser style would look mint,

With the massive chop tho I reckon it needs to be dumped on its arse - some moon discs for the wheels and make it into a salt flats racer 60's style!!

200mph in a 1000.........id pay to see that!

How much will this compromise head room? Obviously by 2" is the starting point. Some custom seats?

Geez - mine's roof is low enough, but 2" chop...

Who's is it now? Is it going to get finished?
