Re: side views of the cooler setup that's where I'm putting my intercooler, but its a race only car so my only concern is geting it on the trailer, but it should be OK. my intercooler won't be as big though - little point having the intercooler up behind the bumper.
I'm doing it to allow more airflow to the radiator, as the car starts to run hot after a couple of laps up here in Brisbane and you have to back off for a lap to let it cool back down. the current intercooler covers the entire radiator.
I also have a spoiler to suit, which will help with the cooling problem too, forcing more air through the radiator and leaving a lower pressure area under the engine bay to allow the hot air out. The spoiler should also improve handling at high speeds, like QR turns 1 and 2.

Re: side views of the cooler setup I agree with that comment. Still you are in the fabrication process. I would raise the intercooler, perhaps you will have to cut the crossin member behind it to raise it.
Study the situation, the engine radiator can be relocated with the use electric fans.
A parking accident could become disastrous.
