Of course, if you want to place an obstruction in front of your Datsun, you could power it with a mild improvement.

It's based on a late 1955 Victa lawnmower engine & runs a Tillotsen carb from a Silhl chainsaw. It has many more modifications than meet the eye & I built it for my Deckson minibike.

Or if you want something with a bit more pep.

This one is based on a 1957 or '58 Victa 'Special 18' lawnmower engine & runs dual Tillotsens with MASSIVE ports, a reed valve & the good old Sunday wake up call, a megaphone exhaust.
Both run Victa high comp race heads but this engine is the full on flat out, balls to the wall, grenade race engine.

Did you lighten the flywheels inside the crankcase [not a good move] or did you lighten the external flywheel?

The machined balancing holes in both my engines internal flywheels are filled with corks & then sealed with laquer to increase the crankcase compression.
There's not much you can do to reduce the weight of the early external flywheels without seriously weakening them & a flywheel explosion at high revs, that close to my family jewels is not a happy thought.

Do you have a torque converter, or do you mean a centrifugal clutch.

its a 160cc a 90cc head isnt gunna fit on it it has a motor cycle carb on it now and a power pipe its a very scary ride and an engine squish. sorry bout tthe pic its the only 1 i had of the car lol
