Chill out guys. Everyone here at Datsun 1200 brings good stuff into the group. Burke is young and having fun. What we have in common with him is our Datsun cars.There is degrees of Datsun enthusiasm, and some people just own one , while others simply adore their cars. He is probably having the good wit to show us his car w/o feeling embarrased nor less than anyone, because he should not, that is what he has and it is a Datsun. I see in good eyes his enthusiasm and his good wit. I hope he learns from us that it is not the style we develop for our cars what is really important, but what really is is to appreciate what we have and to be positive. By being positive I mean to create, build, not to destroy, not to be anti.
Given time he will learn experience from life and he will probably change his appreciation in regards to a car, but hopefully his love for Datsun cars will be in there for life. Who would not remember his very first car, bike, etc??

Dodgeman is a great guy, with tons of experience and always ready to help with advise.I am sure he does not have any ill intentions nor desire to come after people just because. Perhaps some find his style too direct...but it is just a style, but the important part is that there is no bad intention.

Perhaps some guys lose patience with either style of posting, Burkey's or Dodgeman's, but do not let rashly reactions take precedence......I always liked this 1200 Datsun club because people are great listeners and there are no open attacks nor insult matches like I have seen at other places. We need no police, because we know better.

I want to log on for the latest datsun news around the world and be able to contribute in my own way if I can but lately it seems everyone is just logging on to blow off a bit of steam.
If you havent got anything contructive...put it in off topic or leave us alone.. I and Im sure many others are getting sick of this.

I can see which way it's been headed lately, but you have a golden opportunity here to do the right thing by it.

Most of the members in this club actually 'like' Datsuns & prefer to try & save them instead of trying to beat them to death.

yo, Dogman chill, I take very god care of this car at the bottom of the car im going to put a 1/4 inch stell plate to protect the car and I bet you don't do this instead of the crappy oil I put in diesel oil. This is a rally cross roo shooter its not some pretty boys car.

It would seem that Burke_a_lot is quite capable of speaking for himself, & does so quite admirably at that, so your input is nothing less than you sticking your bib in where it was neither asked for, nor wanted.
