 Re: Tranny mount also consider where your exhaust is going ??? That's a major reason for keeping it simple.
Also, most engineers want you to use the factory mounting points where possible. Makes their job of approving it easier.
Also that is putting considerable torque on what is effectively a spot welded section that is not designed for radial forces.. The factory gearbox mounts are welded through to a double thickness panel, and designed to take radial forces.
