That is a cool PB210. From the grille look ( pointy one ) I can tell it is the L engined, either called a PB210 ( most probably ) or a Sunny Excellent 1400 ( that name was used in Japan only , as far as I know.)

Seen several in European competition photos, but the daily drivers I see are mostly B210/120Y A engined. Where those sold in Europe?? or perhaps racers got them from overseas?? ( mainly Asian countries, South Africa and other African nations.)
I think Australia as well as the US were skipped by Nissan when it came to the L engined 120Y.

did anyone else see that the wheels seem to have been switched around, front to rear
