Re: BIG BRAKES What is the model number for an Australian Stanza? (B110,B210,B310...?) A simple answer will do. Are the struts modified to accept these calipers?

Re: BIG BRAKES I have just come back from the garage after removing the front caliper. The pad is DB1105 which I think is from a Skyline. The caliper bolts straight on the existing mounts, but then again the conversion was done by Barry Corner over 2 years ago, so I don't know if there were any mods done for the caliper to fit.

Re: BIG BRAKES Looks to me as if someone has fitted different pads to this caliper. Note how the pad comes down close to the centre bell. With the standard commodore pad it would finish up around level with the outer bracket assy. Nowhere near as deep a pad as the one fitted. I'll guess its a DB1075 falcon or DB1023 WB pad that someone has modified the ears to fit into the caliper.
This is a good effective upgrade for datto's Use the magna DBA425 disc. Get it undrilled so it doesn't end up looking like a block of swiss cheese once you drill the correct pattern in it.
