Looks like an old Honda K-van, cut in half and the rear axle moved up.
Too small. This makes a Datsun 1000 look like a Mercedes S600.

Hmmmm, front needs a little lowering & perhaps a front air dam.
It would sure be easiy to park, & so much more exclusive than one of those M/Benz Smart cars.
