Progress on diff center removal. The center was quite easy to tap out with a small lever and hammer. Now only the nut on the flange to remove. So far so good.

yes now that the diffs apart he finds out that its easier to get the pinion nut off with the diff still together...unless he has a rattle gun

I found it was tricky... but easy with a 16" pipe wrench to hold the flange, and a socket on a 16" breaker bar to remove the nut. Did two in a row, fairly easy.
