original decal was adopted in B10, B110, B210.
This elephant is a symbol of NISSAN GENUINE oil.

I was greedy and made 10.
One is on my oil cap already and the other one for a old guy I met here where I live who restored a GX coupe to original state. Even with original GX hubcaps.
The other 8 are just for in case.

Not going to reveal yet how my engine bay looks due to some more goodies coming on and some wire tidying up

Nissan's own brand of oil was "Elephant" brand.

The cap says "工レフイントオイルを注入してさい" which translates more or less to "Elephant Oil Fill Occasionally".
