Let's get accurate. The company's name was *never* Datsun -- it was always NissanQuote:
when they changed their name to nissan, then got bought out by renault.
They were not "bought out by renault". Renault has a controlling interest, but they own less than 1/2 of Nissan. See wiki - Nissan
