This is true you need to be careful about not putting a too big a radiator on...

a bypass would be unnecessary. The standard thermostat would bring it up to temperature fast enough. I know it's a big unit but I don't think the system volume would have changed enough to have to worry about that.

I have a radiator literally half the size of this in one of my utes with an A12 with a perfectly functioning thermostat and at this time of year it takes 10km at highway speed or longer at 60-80km/hr for it to reach operating temp. In cold climates ie snow trucks often use blinds to semi cover the radiator so engines don't run too cold

ahh yes but look were i live it rarely drops below 20 degrees here, we had our coldest day ever yes ever and it was 16.....and what about how sweet it looks

Yeah it looks ok, you may find youll have to run a 88 degree thermostat instead of the standard 82 degree opening temp

havnt drivin it in like a month or two cos ive been busy traveling and now its off the road cos im doin the turbo setup i saw yours the other week scouting round those car clubs on woolcock.

I have no doubt there will be any issues with keeping it cool with that bad boy in there but I assure you it will work 50% better if you add some shrouding to stop the air getting around the core.
