You down under guys are lucky, this is what we have to deal with in the US about smog crap, all sorts of devices and stuff in the engine compartment.
365 days from today, this car will be exempted from all this crap, and away with it, full performance finally, as of now, just hanging on in.

nice to a see a B210 engine bay
looks good and has about the same amount of stuff in it as mine and i'm in OZ, damn smog crap from the sunny

I like the 120Y, very similar to the 1200. You also have smog laws, but I think those are less strict. Like, my 120Y has some extra parts, like on the front of the cyl head, there is this air relief valve, that connects to the air pump, i've never seen that part in a NZ or Aussie 120Y/1200. Apart from that, California Datsuns have about 3 or 4 extra devices than the rest of the US Datsuns.
Well, soon all gone, I like my Datsun cars.
