 Re: New Delivery
The Holden was sold in South Africa as a Chev El Camino this one i have had for a year and its totally origiinal 1972 V8 308 tri matic with 42000 kms from new (not miles). They were made here in Port Elizabeth and this actual car was used in the 1972 Car test magazine. "its also very happy with the new arrival ......

VERY nice find.
Is it outomatic? I presume trimatic means automatic with 3 gears.
Can just imagine if it was manual.
all the way

I believe that's the El Camino is what they are calling the new Holden Australia ute when it is exported to America.

The VE Holden ute that is.

When they finnaly make it.

I recon a VE ute would look... odd. I can see them making another fugly HSV verion tho. Big standard flares on a povo pack work ute? Hmm...

That HQ needs to be lowered at the front! Now!

 Re: New Delivery
my uncle has ordered one of the VE they look a lot better than the sedans, not huge wanky flares, basically the same as the vz just little differences.... same with the wagon.... not a fan of commonwhores tho. rather an off guts datto anyday.... or stock one for that matter

VE utes have been on display for a while now, and they are very much like the sedans....
