Well, if you check the other pixes of this car, you will see that this Corolla has overfender flares, without those, the tires would stick out about an inch. 1200 with overfender flares, and these wheel/tire package, would look good, and take on corners like a Lion.

Actually, I did see the other pics, but it seems to me that the majority of 1200 owners tend to prefer the stock fendered look, except maybe on race cars where traction is more important than retaining the factory lines. Remember, these early Corollas come with flares as an oem option, and while the flares on this particular car are bigger than stock, they do not disturb the original design, as flares on a 1200 seem to do. You don't have to worry about this because you don't even own a 1200, but you could buy this car and still not have room for those TRD Corolla wheels.

...I do have a 1200, it is a utility truck, pick up truck, the way you would like to call it, but it is set tall, surfing/offroad truck not road vehicle, so in a way, I am not looking to install that set up in the 1200, the flares on the Corolla are factory made and factory size Corolla flares, not larger than stock( I was there at this Toyota car meet, in Long Beach, next to the queen Mary ship, and the owner was there, while some Japanesse guys were taking pixes for an article in a Japanesse mag),and I believe, with proper offset, very little will show out of the fenders in a 1200, I have pixes of my B210 I took recently, you can see this same sizes (13X8 wheels, 215/50/13 tires) fits completely inside the rear, and only about 1/2 an inch out in the front. With minimum massaging of the front they would be covered, I will bring in some pixes, if there is no objection from the 1200 crowd,to show the fender/wheel/tire relashionship. The B210 does not have a lot more space than the 1200,I even think 1200 has more space, I've seen 1200 with 16 and even 17 wheels in, not my best choice, but in there, and I do not think 15 inch wheels can fit a B210, the 14's I installed once where hitting the floor pan already.
It is a matter of having custom made wheels, made to fit, if you get wheels from anywhere, they will always be some extra safety wheel towards the outside.I know a place in South Gate, Ca, that makes steel wheels to specs, taylor made.
