This was a 185/60 R13

Hit the Freestate pothole at 140km/h.

At least the tyre did its job and protected the rim. (See pic below)

reminds me of south africa when My dad and I where driving to springbok (north west south africa) hit a rock and span out off the road! yep I love South African roads

yip , we have it so bad, even our number-plate system is geared for it...

GP (Gauteng) at the back, stands for Giant Potholes..
MP (Eastern Transvaal) , for Massive Potholes..
FS (Freestate) fokkin slote... which means Farking trenches... :) :)

Most probably a pothole. The Orange Freestate is notoriously know for them...

You can hide an entire 1200 in some of them, and still have space left for spares. This is not a joke...
