I had a sunroof similar to this on my sedan for 10yrs. I cut the sunroof off of an old Renult LeCar. It was about 3ft square...huge!!
The big downside of the LeCar sunroof is that it flips open instead of slide back. That means you have to stop to open it or it will "parachute" and rip. It will also rip your arm off. Trust me

What about dual exhaust "stacks" on a ute? ... just like a big rig. Of course it would have to have those stainless flapper valves at the top.

This was an ad from Distribution and Auto Service (DAS) in the United States.

I love the hotrod style exhaust, hanging out the side. That looks awesome. And those whitewalls, I've got to get some..

Dude! I'm going to have to put side pipes on the VG-33 V6 powered Chickenhawk!
Seriously though, I LOVE those sliding ragtops. I'd like to get one (or two or three..) for my car(s).
As for the side pipes, I was kidding before but now...
Opinions?

If you're in the USA, chances are DAS prepped your Datsun 1200 before it went to the dealer. Port of Los Angeles.

Surprise to me, but DAS is still in business. Having grown from one site in Long Beach, CA to eight sites nationwide. http://dasauto.com. Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines Americas acquired DAS on April 30, 2005, from Nissan North America, Inc. Annacis Auto Terminals in Delta, BC Canada was also included in the acquisition.
