I have one of those flashing school signs outside my house too. The barsards at the council wrote to me to say it was going to be put on a 1.5 metre grass berm between mine and my neighbours dirveways. I was like piss off, stick it somewhere else. (But in a more diplomatic way) and they put it down the other end of my section. It would have made backing trailersm in and out of my driveway a C-unt.
