Same sort thing happened to a mate once except it was a fuel pump problem. It wouldn't work anymore since the rod knocked it of the block. [inferior non-Datsun engine]

Is that black line from the distributor down a cracked block? Wow I have never seen a crack like that.

I'd complain about the quality of the crankshaft Everyone knows datsuns dont break cranks!!!!!!
