Re: Corosion in croatia in the 4 cars I found they all have the same rust in the front fenders. an old datsun mechanical (working 20 years ago the last time) says to me that they are weak. my entire car is very good preserved only they are for rubbish. finding them was the most important thing to do for the restaurateur. does all around the world the front fenders have the same problem?

Re: Corosion I have never seen rust in that area on a 1200 in Australia, my 1600(p510) had rust around the nose of the guard and the amount of dryed mud up under there I wasnt too suprised.
In Australia the rust normally is in the lower part of the guard where it bolts to the body, also in the area behind the dash (which also drains through the chassis) both of these are due to careless owners who do not remove leaves and other muck which collects water.
