Spotted in Klerksdorp. Overloaded but still pulled away with a speed.

A Datsun ute doing what a ute is intended for... not one of these show ponies... like mine... lol

What DD is trying to say is that the focus and exposure sensing point on your camera is probably in the middle of the photo (generally most point and shoot cameras), so if you point it at a darker area it will correct to this area...

Well I have had over 1,000 pounds payload in my 2-dr sedan (rated by 540 pounds).

Although I think most SA just race these bakkies judging by the photos. Although a few SA are serious about using them as trucks:

if you look at the THICK bottom leaf in the pack of a ute it becomes obvious its for industrial loads. Old man used to have one back in the hay day and for work loaded the tray with 4! huge drums full of petrol. The thing used to aparently squat untill it was sitting on that bottom leaf and then would not go any further so you just kept adding more haha.
Although he commented on the greatness of the brakes with that kind of payload

These are great photos, nicely composed but I can never see the 1200 too dark. Check your camera manual to see how to make the subject brighter. You might need to point the camera down at the darker ground below the car, push button halfway then raise it up to the car. With some cameras that will adjust the light.
