I have all my tail lights clear, you can get red and amber globes, There is a read small red bit in the middle. I have never had any issues with the cops,

at 50 to 100 bucks for just the lenses from japan its not a cheap item.

See how there is still a little red reflector... I think thats what makes it still legal because a car that is behind you will still get a red reflection even if your lights are off... though not 100% on this and will have to read up... BUT I WANT SOME...

No, I mean the Red Stop lens... The orange globe in the blinker is fine, you can get them with the standard bayonet fitting that interfaces with orange LED's. However I think that you still need a red lens or reflector's built into the light on the back.

EDIT: If you look closely there appears to be a orange tinge to the blinker as if it had the orange globe anyways...

i dont think it would be illegal if you use a amber globe.. but i could be wrong!!

you can get these from japan (at least i think its japan??) aswell.... sory if this is a re-post.

Frank, im sure we can get that bumper to you for at least half of what Autostyle is asking. They normaly use international couriors to send there packages. Last week I sent a GX grill to Australia for pepper which only cost me R152-00 ZAR throught the SA post office. It might take a bit longer to get there, but hell its cheaper. If you just get the correct wieght and dimensions, ill get a quote for you.

got a price from them to get the bumber shipped to australia, this is what they replied

To ship the bumper to Australia will be really expensive because of the size of the parcel,aprox R2000 only shipping.So total incl shipping and the bumper will be R2660.

I like the clear lenses, its a shame that the stop light isnt clear as well because that would be cool, though it would also probably be detectable... will have to read up on the ADR's
