You can also get the thin pressed steel ones from a late ford transit
crank which are easily spot or tack welded onto the original steel
pressed pulleys. It eliminates alot of extra work and overall weight.
But if you are making a new pulley from alloy this is great.

not alloy but mild steel and the original is cast iron so weld ing it is out of the question there is another pic of it a bit more completed
