Here is another pic of Jeffs' handywork,  I took these pick whilst replacing the head gasket, rear main, putting in a brass button clutck and porting the extractors.

Looks quite familiar Stevo - Jeff does a top job doesn't he?
I'm interested that you had to port the extractors. JTS mandrel extractors match his porting. Maybe you don't have a set or else he went extra big for this motor.

yeah i actually rang him and asked him what the go was and he said that they were either a new set or he was at the stage where he couldn't give a rats????

I think it may have been the latter

Did you make that manifold gasket yourself? or where did you get it? I have been using ACL gaskets which have that stainless steel mesh type stuff in them and they are BLOODY hard to cut out to match the bigger ports

Stevo I'll get Converted around with his digi and see how they compare.
NZdatman - Jeff stamps his own big port gaskets - I can get you a couple if you want.
Just let me know and I'll find out what they'll cost - shouldn't be that much.
