It is actually roadworthy as we speak.
I spent a few hours stripping it totally out, then I replaced the Dizzy cap and rotor arm, got it firing in the right order and that was the engine done.
The only other problem that I came across was the front seatbelts. They were pretty much wasted and then I finished them off by trying to remove them from the car doing so they exploded on me and the coils popped out.
I got new seat belts for $50 CAD out of a Mazda pick up and installed them, needed for me to drill some extra holes for the bolts but its all good now.
the only thing left to do in the very near future is to fill in the "go faster air holes" that I have in the drivers floor pan where it meets the sill.
Then I can get busy on my truck
