Well I popped that through a translator site and I got this...
It should clear things up!

Smell! Because do not you move the steering wheel for the left? It was (ALONE) go to a scrap metal buy the plate that separates the room of the motor!! In the state in that is should not be dificil.. I be repaired to my UTE. ... do not I abdicate of do that alteration! I hug!

it said some thing about changing the fire wall or some thing so you can change the side the steering wheel is on
