longer runners for better fuel mix ? cant think what else these ones would be for ? unless you can drill and tap them to take NOS nozzles !!!

Someone else off here picked up a set for same money at a swapmeet recently. From memory they had the airbox too.

As a rule, longer intake runners = faster air speed. Good for higher revving engines.

This is for group C racing as you are only allowed to run a single choke of a twin carb. These are custom made 58DCOE webers running on Bob Janes old LJ Torane. Love it baby! It could have run the carbs on a slight angle but it pays to get the carbs a bit further away to get them working up real high. You should hear this car... Bloody awesome.

yeh thats usually what we got here holden and ford stuf but the odd ocasion you find lil gems like this around gotta get up early to get the good stuf though

longer runners give more torque and better midrange. All out top end performance have no runners.
