As you can see in the photo these have been distressed. They came off of a crashed bike and I bought them just for the mock-up. Now that a friend with a Tig has helped me make the manifold I will get a good pair and mount them up.

Whats the spacing between the pairs, what I mean is how close is the spacing to the 97mm port spacing of the sr20?

The gap between the two throttle body castings is about 30mm. I will make a spacer between them to bolt them together as they were when all equally spaced. With a little bit of work to actuate both pairs equally with the throttle cable it will work out fine.

The centerline dimension on the throttle body pairs is 80mm. The runners are angled at about 10* and a relatively short 58mm plus the 20mm from the edge of the throttle body to the main butterfly. Less than ideal but it will have to work for now.

Still not quite the right spacing for a 1200 either but close. Also with a 1200 the intake runners could be a bit longer. Between the phsical dimensions of the SR20 (big) and the chassis that I made (originally intended for a 1200) I couldn't make the intake runners as long as I would have liked.

What ECU r u using to run these? r u using the factory SR20 computer? or an aftermarket unit?

Very interesting, i wonder if these can be modified to suit an A series or L series?

The plan is to run a Mega Squirt. I don't have that yet and I don't have the engine ready to run quite yet. I am building the dry sump pan and a custom header (extractor). Once that is complete the engine will be started.
