Can we assume that the A15, when fitted to the PWB310, is the 'premium' engine?

The PWB310 designation is used on the Aussie 'Sunny' Sportswagon & was the only B310 model to get the A15 in this country.

I would assume the engine in question is a A14. Look at the capacity 1397CC

Yes.

In the B210 lineup, "Premium" engine was the L-series engine:
* B210: A12
* HB210: A14
* PB210: L14

In the B310 lineup, "P" Engine was the A15:
* B310: A12
* HB210: A14
* PB310: A15
